Ordinance on first reading - PUBLIC HEARING - adopting a Large Scale Comprehensive Plan Amendment (LSCPA) amending the Future Land Use Element, Neighborhood K - Issue (C), Policy (2), and Neighborhood S - Issue (A), Policy (2),  to remove listed permitted uses duplicated in the Mixed Use Future Land Use category, Policy 1.1.2, of the Future Land Use Element of the Comprehensive Plan and to eliminate limitations on commercial retail developments at the intersections of Williamson Boulevard and LPGA Boulevard, and Clyde Morris Boulevard and LPGA Boulevard.
