Ordinance on first reading - approving a request to rezone 13.6± acres of land located at the northeast intersection of LPGA Boulevard and Williamson Boulevard from Volusia County zoning and Planned Development-General (PD-G) to Planned Development-General (PD-G) to allow for the completion of a phased commercial development, and authorizing the Mayor to execute the Amended and Restated LPGA Boulevard "A" Planned District Agreement.  Applicant: Michael O.
