Resolution - PUBLIC HEARING - authorizing the City to enter into the CVJCR Properties/Great American Transportation Improvements Cost Allocation Agreement with CVJCR Properties, Ltd, LLP, ("Owner") and approving the proportionate fair share contribution. The agreement provides for a proportionate fair share contribution to the County in the amount of $43,931.49 to address traffic concurrency and traffic impacts. The contribution will provide transportation improvements in the impact area and shall be paid to the County prior to the City's issuance of Certificate of Occupancy for CVJCR Properties/Great American. This project is located west of Interstate-95 (I-95) and north of International Speedway Boulevard at 620 N. Tomoka Farms Road.
