Ordinance on second reading - PUBLIC HEARING - amending Article 5.3.C.17.h (Accessory Uses and Structures) of the Land Development Code to include language to allow dogs in designated outdoor dining areas as an accessory to eating or drinking establishments that was omitted during the adoption of the new Land Development Code.
