Ordinance on second reading - PUBLIC HEARING - amending Article 5.4.C.13 (Temporary Redevelopment Project Parking Lot) of the Land Development Code to permit additional two-year extensions for temporary redevelopment project parking lots that are located on property that is part of an unexpired development agreement that was approved by the City Commission, that demonstrate a need for the extension, and meet all temporary parking lot standards.
