Resolution authorizing the sole source purchase of two (2) Zoll X-Series Cardiac Monitor/Defibrillators in the amount of $59,999.99 from Zoll Medical Corporation, 269 Mill Road, Chelmsford, Massachusetts 01824-4105.  As adopted in the FY17/18 Capital Improvement Plan, the proposed monitor/defibrillators purchase is year three of a multi-year replacement program to replace essential life saving equipment which is beyond its useful life.  Previous grant funding attempts have been denied.  Funds available in the Capital Projects Fund.

Recommendation:  Fire Chief recommends adoption of the Resolution.
